For new residents and businesses:

You will need to open a post office box into which your mail will be placed.  You will be given a key, and can collect your mail any time that’s convenient.  Note that if you do not intend collecting it for a period of time (for example, if you go away on vacation), you will need to make arrangements for your mail to be held.  Speak to the counter staff for more information.
To open a mail box you need to provide:
- A piece of government-issued picture id
- Proof of residency, such as a house purchase contract or rental agreement
