Bragg Creek Excavating is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join their crew on local excavation and earthworks projects. From acreage developments to access roads, utilities and tight-site work, this role is about precision, problem-solving, and doing the job right the first time.

You’ll operate equipment like excavators, dozers, and loaders while working closely with a team that takes pride in quality, safety, and clean execution.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently (excavators, dozers, loaders)
• Cutting grades, working to spec, and supporting site development
• Performing utility work and adapting to varied terrain and job conditions
• Completing basic maintenance and inspections on equipment

What you bring:

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment (track hoes, dozers, etc.)
• Strong understanding of grading, compaction, and site work
• Mechanical awareness and attention to detail
• Reliable, adaptable, and ready to work outdoors in all conditions
