The Okotoks Western Wheel has published weekly since 1976 and has been named ˜Best Community Newspaper in Canada” twice in recent years. The Western Wheel publishes the Bragg Creek Chamber Directory, Foothills Visitors Guide and the new Okotokian magazine. The circulation covers the entire MD of Foothills. The MD of Rocky View is represented by sister papers to the Western Wheel, the Cochrane Eagle and the Rocky View Weekly.
