A celebration of all things equine, Day of the Horse is Bragg Creek’s newest community festival started in the Year of the Horse -2026, honouring the beauty, power, and spirit of the horse.

Expect a vibrant day filled with live demonstrations, horse-drawn wagon rides, pony rides, trade show, beer garden, music, and family-friendly fun. We’ll wrap it all up with a magical Glow Ride Parade at sunset, where horses and riders light up the streets. Whether you ride, admire, or are just horse-curious, we hope to see you on August 22, 2026!
