Inspiring the Inner Muse: A Somatic Breathwork Exploration
This 2 hr session will intentionally support an inward unwinding of the self, offering a choice to become our own muse.
We will incorporate gentle guided movement, sound and breath to facilitate a heightened connection to the senses, awareness and consciousness. Utilizing somatic embodiment techniques alongside breathwork practices, participants will be invited to weave an inspired relationship to themselves.
This practice is safe for anyone, though we recommend touching based with your facilitators prior if you are pregnant, experience unmanaged heart conditions or diabetes, have had a recent traumatic event or diagnosis of PTSD/CPTSD.
Both facilitators are trauma informed providers with experience working with a large variety of demographics. The movement within the practice will be restorative in nature and modifiable to all levels.
