Equipment Coordinator

Rocky Mountain Adventure Medicine is looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Equipment Coordinator to manage, track and maintain our gear inventory. This role is essential to ensuring that all equipment is clean, functional, and available when needed; keeping our operations smooth and our teams equipped for success. Hours: Approx. 20 hours per week, permanent, part-time
Wage: $20/hr
Qualifications: Clean Drivers License, Microsoft Office

The role of Equipment Organizer encompasses the following duties:
- Overseeing the organization, care and maintenance of course equipment and supplies.
- Pre-course preparation and post-course clean up.
- Equipment management for first aid, wilderness first aid, swift water, ice safety and search and rescue programs.
- Preparing gear and equipment for courses, including upkeep and repair when required.
- Care and maintenance of drysuits, PFDs and helmets for water programs.
- Compiling and preparing paperwork folders for upcoming courses.
- Organization and upkeep of the equipment storage area, to ensure maximum efficiency and best use of space.
- Coordination, ordering and management of first aid supplies for sales and courses.
- Assembling orders of first aid kits and supplies.
- Delivering gear to instructors as needed.
Role Requirements:
- Well organized and self-directed with good time management.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Ability to plan ahead for course preparation, gear allocation and supply re-stocking.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy office setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Clean driver’s licence.
